While executing this project FONBUD built 0,6 kV DC cable lines to charge the tram line connecting the city stadium with the intersection of Legnicka St/ Na Ostatnim Groszu St. through Kozanow housing estate in Wrocław. Because of highly urbanized terrain over 1,5 km jackings and horizontal drillings of were necessary. The tram line was part of a bigger investment which involved building 5,3km of new network rail, reconstruction of 37,85 km, 39 new low floor trams being brought into service and the intelligent transport system launching.
